March in Review, Dog Boarding Guests
What a lovely roster of new dog pet sitting guests this past month. From tiny puppy dogs to pony-sized senior dogs, from home visits to extended stays at our house, we have been privileged to welcome many new dog boarding and dog daycare pups in March 2017. Here’s a little recap in pictures.
Dog Empathy, Jolene’s Heart Warming Meeting with Puppy Oscar
This series of photos speak volumes about dog empathy. We were privileged to be part of its heart-warming experience. Jolene is the big American Bulldog, and as big as she is, her heart is even bigger. She proved that yet again when she returned to dog boarding with us here at Furever Pet Care. Great Dane Hali, Big Dog = Big Heart
Great Dane Hali is a big treat for us – we love having big dog guests here at Furever Pet Care dog boarding! A gal can really wrap arms around a gentle giant like Hali, and believe me that we did in spades! Continue reading Great Dane Hali, Big Dog = Big Heart
Puppy Petsitting with Jack the Shih-Poo
A puppy whose energy know no bounds! Puppy petsitting is a handful with a 16 week old Shih Tzu Poodle in the house. But oh so adorable!
Dog Training Work Pays Off
Dog training for pups that are a little older than a few weeks can be challenging. Not only are pet parents asked to add new cues to their dogs vocabulary, they are tasked with guiding the dogs to UN-learn behaviours that are not so welcome. That’s just what these hard working dogs and their peoples took on in the Petsmart Beginner dog training class. And they graduated with honours just this week! Continue reading Dog Training Work Pays Off
Dog Training Grads Moving On Up
Dog training dog stars were the order of the evening when we graduated two entire classes of Petsmart dog training participants! First up, our previous Puppy level grads are now Intermediate graduates. They include Jack Russell Terrier Beau, Wiemaraner Coonhound Cooper, German Shepherd Dog Captain and Labradoodle Hannah.
Oscars Are Us – Pet Boarding Star Power
What does Furever Pet Care and the Academy Awards have in common? Oscars! We are starting the year with all kinds of star power, not just one but TWO Oscars in pet boarding — Oscar the Cat and Oscar the Dog!
