November 9, 2024 will mark my “retirement” from dog training at the after a solid and rewarding five years with Unleashed Niagara.
Always end on a high note! That’s what we teach at Unleashed Niagara, because Candice and I believe positive reinforcement the best possible strategy when it comes to dog training. Turns out it can also be a solid mantra in everyday life. So it is with high notes in mind that I wrap up my time as an instructor at our wonderful dog school.
Wrapping up the Unleashed
It’s been a privilege and a joy to work with so many pet parents over the years. At one point about two years ago I calculated that I’ve taught no less than 3,000 families, and there have been many more since then. It’s been exceptionally rewarding to launch Unleashed-trained families into the realm of doggy manners, sports and solid, positive behaviour.
Candice and I have undertaken many adventures together in dog-training-land. From putting our dogs in live theatre performances, to leaping off docks, learning Parkour from scratch, to sniffing our puppy brains out we’ve had fun, laughs and a whole lot of goofing about.
We’ll still find ways to get into fun-trouble together – who else is up for another holiday Frolic huh?! We’re not quite done yet BOL!!
Feel free to visit fureverpet.ca for updates from me and the wee pups Jill, Po and Stella as we launch into the next chapter.
