Train and Play dog social sessions allow pet parents to drop off their dog at my home at a designated day and time. I arrange each session with a limited number of select dogs to ensure compatibility and enrichment in each session. Dog Training Playdates give the participating dogs socialization and training for appropriate dog behaviour under my dog training supervision.

Furever Pet Care continues to offer our guest dogs options with regards to their quality of doggy social life. Having time out of the home and away from family helps build resiliency in young pups. It helps build confidence and well-manner, well balanced dogs.
DROP OFF DOG TRAINING PLAYDATES
DATES & TIMES: Train and Play sessions are scheduled in groups of 6 at a time, on a specific time and day of the week.
DURATION: 2 hours per session
GROUP SIZE: Up to 4 dogs
DESCRIPTION: Our Train & Play guest dogs arrive, settle, do some brain training work alternating with group play.
- Time per Session: 2 hours ensures each dog gets individual dog training, plus time to settle in and time to play with other guests.
- Structured Exercises: with each individually according to their needs or the goals of Pet Parents. For example, being able to settle comfortably with distractions, sport, trick and/or obedience cues for focus and confidence. Asking the dog(s) to focus on a specific task helps the them become more comfortable around other dogs, people, and distractions. In suitable weather, we may add leash work outside as well.
- Progress Reports: I will provide you with a brief recap of each session so you can continue practice training or socialization exercises at home between visits.
REQUIRED: Proof of vaccinations including Leptospirosis plus flea/tick preventative; signed Participation Waiver. New participants will require one meet and greet here at Furever Pet Care prior to the first session.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings to be made IN ADVANCE so I can ensure good dog matches. Fee is $45 + HST per session per dog; minimum of 3 sessions required. Discount for booking and payment of all 6 sessions in advance $35 per x 6 = $210 + HST.
No refunds after booking is confirmed. If cancellation is required by client, fee is forfeited. Booking additional dates at other times in the same session may be accommodated if space is available.
